Gates of the Mountains

The vastness and inexhaustible scenery of Gates of the Mountains sits on Holter Lake on the Missouri River in the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest and is part of the Lewis and Clark Trail. The towering cliffs, wooded slopes, and rock formations in the canyon meet the big skies and clouds.
